The Motorsport Safety Fund is a registered charity formed in 1974 to help improve safety in the sport.
"Motorsport is one of the most exciting sports there is and YOU can be right at the heart of the action as a Marshal. You may be mustering cars for the next race at a circuit, checking competitors through a control on a rally, or monitoring how far trials cars can climb a muddy hill. The list of jobs is long and varied - thats why marshalling is never boring. The Motorsport Safety Fund, which helps keep motorsport safe, has published a leaflet as a guide for marshals because without reliable and responsible officials the sport would simply not be able to take place."
